“Now, will you introduce us to your friends?” she asked looking Raph-san over.

“Of course, they are; Leonardo-sama, Raphael-san, Donatello-kun, and Michelangelo-chan.”

    After the boys showed them around, the boys offered if we wanted to go with them on their nightly patrol. We politely refused and said that we would have a surprise for them when they got back….


~Minerva’s POV~

The boys returned late into the night, by the time they got back we had long since finished our gift. They walked through the door and we got the presents out for them. It was four belts, but not any old belts, these belts made the turtles look like humans. They were water proof, fire resistant, and were virtually indestructible. You could also change what clothes they were wearing while they’re human.

Mikey-chan stared in awe at them, his was orange, Leo-sama’s was light Blue, Raph-san’s was red, Donnie-kun’s was purple, and we even got splinter-sensei one as well. The boys quickly put them on and pressed a button in the middle of the belt to see what they looked like as humans.

Donnie-kun had a pale skin tone, brown hair, purple eyes and had on a purple long sleeve shirt that had strips on the sleeves, black jeans and black shoes. Leo-sama’s skin tone was a little darker than Donnie-kun’s; he had blond hair, and blue eyes, and had on a black long sleeve shirt, dark blue jeans and blue sneakers.

        Raph-san had a skin tone that showed he was outside a lot, he had black hair and ember eyes, and he wore a black long sleeve shirt like Leo-sama, red and black sneakers and red pants. Mikey-chan had spiky blonde hair and crystal blue eyes; he had an orange short sleeve shirt, and white pants, with black shoes.

“So? What do you think?” Asked my little sister Artemis-kun.

“This is Awesome, Artemis-kun!”Mikey-chan shouted.

“This is amazing! How did you girls do this?” Donnie-kun said looking very curious.

“Cool.” Was all Raph-san said while examining it.

“Why would you do this for us if we just met?” Leo-sama asked cocking his head slightly.

“Well, let’s see, you give us a place to stay, you’re incredibly generous to us, and you actually didn’t hate us when we told you that we were Oroku Saki’s foster children.  I think that deserves a belt that would make you appear human.” Artemis-kun said with a smile.

I stretched my arms and yawned, I was kinda tired…

Leo looked at me and said,” Are you tired?”

“A little, I still need to go for my nightly walk though.” I said as I turned to the exit.

“Wait, I don’t think that would be such a great idea….” Leo-sama said with a cautious tone.

“Why wouldn’t it?” I asked him. I was slightly irritated; I can get a little cranky if I don’t go for my walk.

“Well, I mean, if you’re going out, don’t you think that The Shredder would be after you?”He stated logically.

“I guess you’re right. Well, then…I guess I’ll go to bed.” I said a little disappointed.

“I didn’t say you couldn’t go…I just said it wouldn’t be very wise to go alone…”He said trying not to make it sound like he was being rude.

“Nah, it’s okay, I’ll just take one twice as long as what I normally do tomorrow.” I answered as I walked toward the couch.

“Um, Minerva-kun?” Venus-kun said to get my attention.

“What is it Venus-kun?” I replied.

“I think when Leo-sama said you shouldn’t go alone, I’m pretty sure he wanted to go with you…” She said with a smile…

I looked to Leo-sama; he was avoiding eye contact, which meant it was probably true. He also had a visible blush across his face. I then looked away.

I really didn’t need any sort of boyfriend or date…not after him…do I?

~~~~Leo’s POV~~~~

I felt the Heat rush to my face.

I didn’t mean for my statement to come out like it did. Well, I’ll admit, Minerva-sama is beautiful……Very beautiful. Oh knock it off Leo! You’re the level headed leader of your brothers, you don’t have time for date’s and romance or a girlfriend, or stuff like that…Do I?

I couldn’t look at her for some reason. What was this feeling?  Confusion….no, embarrassment? Maybe….

“Well, I guess it’s time for bed. You girls sure you don’t want to sleep in our rooms, we’ll sleep in the living room?”Donnie-kun asked.

“No, we’ll be fine in the living room.” Venus-kun answered.

“Okay then, good night.”

“Good night.” The four of them said in unison.

We all fell asleep at around the same time. But as we slept, a shadow crawled along the floor in front of Minerva. It bent down to do something. But that’s when Leo walked out of his room.

The shadow receded back out of the lair. I walked to the refrigerator and grabbed a bottle of spring water; I yawned and stretched my arms after taking a sip and placing the cap back on. I looked to the couch, where Minerva was. I looked and saw how true those words were, she was right there, now, she wasn’t. I quickly looked through the lair. I sighed in relief when I found her in the dojo looking at my Ninjakus. (sp?)

~Minerva’s POV~

I had just gotten up off the couch to find something to do. I have to admit, I’m a bit of an Insomniac. It’s just I’m more awake when it’s night time then in the day time.

‘I need to go out.‘

I turned to go find my outfit for when I go out and saw Leo-sama standing there. I quickly placed the weapons back where I found them.

“Oh, Leo-sama, what are you doing up?” I asked.

“I could ask you the same thing.” He answered crossing his arms and smiling slightly.

“I couldn’t get to sleep. I tried walking around but, it didn’t succeed.”

“I can see that. Do…you want to go on that walk you said you wanted to go on?” He asked me.

“Um, sure, why not?” I answered him with a smile.

With that we walked all the way down to central park, and Leo-sama took me up in to his favorite roof top to gaze at the stars for a while. We started talking after a few minutes.

“So, how exactly did you gain your powers?” Leo-sama asked me what seemed to be randomly.

“Well, first, I must ask you something, do you know who Draco, and The Daimyo’s son is?”I asked him.

He looked at me shocked; I don’t think he expected me to know them at all.

“I-I do, but how do you know them?”He asked.

I laughed and said, “That’s another story for another time. Anyway, you were sent across time in space right?” I asked him. Again it seemed he was shocked. He nodded, but asked no more questions. I continued on with my story.

“The world that Mikey was sent to, that’s our home world……we actually had these powers all our lives, but the Shredder just made them stronger. We knew the members of the Shell of Justice for a long time, I-I even dated the one named GravaTurtle (sp?). It didn’t work out at all though. We fought way too much and it came down to where I almost hit him. I was very ashamed that day, my sisters dated his brothers as well, and they had the same luck as I. Well, actually, I was the reason they left them. My sisters and I cannot be separated; we need each other to our opposite intact…”I said with one big breath.

“Your opposite?” He asked with a look of pure curiosity.

“Well, Venus controls fire, I control water. Water relinquishes fire, but fire also evaporates water. Artemis is earth, Athena is Air. Air Dwindles away earth after a long while, earth if thrown hard and fast enough it cuts through air. That’s exactly how Athena explained it to us.”I said.

“Um, okay. You never answered my first question…”He said.

“Oh well, stockman injected us with this ooze.”I said curtly.

“We should probably get back…”He suggested.

“Yeah probably.” I said as we started our way back to central park. As soon as we entered I turned to him and smiled.

“Race ya back to the lair?”I said as I took off in the direction of the lair.

“HEY! NO FAIR!”He yelled smiling.

“A fair is a place you go to ride rides!”I yelled back. With that we raced home.
